All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date on the package and are subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. Please note that we are only able to issue a refund.
Refunds will be initiated within 1 day after we receive the returned item.
All sales are final for B-Stocks items.

An RMA (Return merchandise authorization) to be processed by a representative and additional return shipping costs will be deducted.
When requesting a RMA, our representative should inform you of all costs associated with the return prior to accepting and processing the RMA including to and from shipping and restocking if applicable. Please note that if the package arrives to us damaged, you are subject to additional restocking charges.
Please ensure proper packaging when shipping back to us to avoid additional charges.

Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours, however, in some cases, longer shipping times may apply. Most products ship from our fulfillment center in Union City, CA. If you have a specific order and need it on a timely manner, please email us before making an order. This will ensure guaranteed delivery time.
Free shipping promotions and/or offers only applies to shipping destinations within the contiguous United States (The contiguous United States does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other territories under the control of the United States.) Additional shipping costs will apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Items will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. Does not apply to items that ship via freight shipping methods.
Any new or current Free Shipping offers and/or promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
As mention, we will pack and ship out your order within 2 days. Once it leaves our warehouse we no longer have control over delivery time. Delayed package could mean, bad weather, under staff from UPS, FedEX, USPS.
Rest assure that even when it is out of our control, it is in our best interest to have these package delivered on time.
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost or stolen packages, Stratford Brands requires that our customers reach out to us within 24-48 hours of delivery confirmation after having determined a package has not arrived, is lost, or has been stolen. In the event that a package cannot be located, our representatives will ask that you check around your residence or, if you live in an apartment, with the front desk or security office. If the package is still not able to be located, please know that every case is unique and we do ask that you contact us promptly so that we can process an investigation.
We will not ship orders to addresses outside of the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We also do not ship to outlying US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.
